Dr. Caroline Leaf is a cognitive neuroscientist with a PhD in Communication Pathology. Since the early 1980‘s she has studied and researched the Mind-Brain connection. During her years in clinical practice as a Communication Pathologist she developed tools and processes that has transformed the lives of patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and released the potential thousands of young students and adults. Her passion is to help people see the link between science and scripture as a tangible way of controlling their thoughts and emotions, learning how to think and learn and finding their sense of purpose in life.

Session 1: Thoughts are Real and You Can Control Them Through Your Choices!
7:00 - 9:00 PM
In Session 1, Dr. Leaf will help you understand that we are wired with a sound mind (2nd Timothy 1:7); that the brain does the bidding of the mind; and that choices are real; and that your thinking will shape your brain and change your DNA. You will also get a better understanding of stress. You will learn how to stand outside of yourself, observe your own thinking, consult with God and change the negative, toxic thought and grow healthy positive thoughts. You will learn that you are not a victim of your biology. Dr. Leaf will also explain the difference and the relationship between the spirit/soul and body.

Session 2: How To Switch On Your Brain
9:00 - 10:30 AM
In this session Dr. Leaf will show you how to switch on your brain by learning to direct your rest through introspection, self-reflection, and prayer. You will learn how to enhance your default mode network (DMN) and improve your brain function and mental, physical and spiritual health. Dr. Leaf will address the ‘myth’ of multitasking and show you how to pay deep focused attention to one task at a time, entering into God ‘directed’ rest and still achieving more in your day. Dr. Leaf will show you how thinking, God and Quantum physics are related and how to deal with the false ‘probabilities’ (Lies of the enemy) presented to you on a daily basis.

Session 3: The 21-Day Brain Detox

In this session you will understand the role of your non-conscious mind where 99% of your memories are stored and how toxic thoughts can create brain damage. Dr. Leaf will explain the science behind how the 21-day brain detox works as well as how to detox your thought life over a period of 21-days.

Session 4: Eliminate Toxic Thoughts & Emotions!

This is an intense practical session of how to apply the 21-day brain detox. Dr. Leaf will walk you through the process of the 5-steps necessary to detox your brain over a 21-day period as well as how to stabilize a new way of thinking over 63 days.
